Custom T-Shirt Inquiries

Troweva can create custom T-shirts using your text, image, logo, artwork, or original design idea.

For custom-order inquiries, please include:

  • The type and quantity of shirts needed

  • Preferred shirt colors

  • Required sizes

  • Your design or design description

  • The date the order is needed

  • Any special instructions

Submitting a custom-order inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, or completion by a specific date. Final details must be approved before production begins.

Returns and Product Problems

Troweva accepts claims for qualifying items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrectly printed, or different from the item ordered.

Problems must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Mailing and Return Address

Please do not mail or return products without contacting Troweva first.

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions. Packages mailed without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
